Baadbaan Foundation is a Pakistan-based non-profit organization committed to uplifting underprivileged communities. Registered under the Societies Registration Act and accredited by the Pakistan Centre for Philanthropy (PCP), we work tirelessly across skill development, own startups, financial assistance, and emergency relief.

Dear Esteemed Supporters and Well-Wishers I’m truly grateful as I talk about Baadbaan Foundation. Our mission is to help the needy persons to make them stand on their own feet, by providing them skills and resources. Through 17 tailoring training Centers, about 2000 students acquired skill that makes them more confident and self-assured. Over 200 persons provided with cattle/ livestock for sustainable livelihoods. Financial aid for own startups reached 1200+, sowing seeds of hope. Honoring education, 70+ students completed IT courses, poised for a tech-centric world. We launched our Computer Literacy Program for women in villages. First Centre operated in village Ranjali Gujar Khan became from December 23 to October 24. Another operated in Daska , Sialkot from Feb 25 to July 26. Grateful, we thank you for enabling Baadbaan Foundation’s metamorphic work. Your support actualizes dreams, forging equity. With hope and prayers for divine blessings, we stride ahead, sure of joint success.
Empowering people means giving them the capability, tools and resources to take control of their own lives, rather than looking to others. Empowering people fosters independence, self-esteem and confidence, and desire to live an honourable and dignified life. We endeavor to empower people by providing them skills and resources, making them capable to stand on their own feet.
BAADBAAN opened a chain of Tailoring Centers in villages and areas where women have lesser job opportunities. In these Centers, females are provided Tailoring skills (Cloth Cutting and Sewing skills) free of cost under supervision of qualified instructors.

IT courses provide young people with valuable skills, which can open up many career opportunities. Baadbaan’s initiative to provide IT training to youth is a step towards supporting youth development and empowering the next generation of IT tech leaders.

BAADBAAN provide immediate assistance to people affected by natural disasters, or other emergencies. The primary goal for emergency relief is to provide timely and effective aid to people in need, including food, water, medical care, etc. Financial assistance is also provided to individuals for their medical treatment. Baadbaan also shares expenditure on marriages of the individuals and their children.
